Sime Engineering S.r.l.

Sime engineering srl is a design firm specialising in the oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical sectors, power generation and steam production. It was founded in 1989 in Rosignano Solvay, Livorno province as a design studio for electrical instruments, initially for Solvay Italia spa and later for Nuovo Pignone. Over time the firm diversified and began providing mechanical design services. In 2006, SIME became the lead supplier for GE/NP, and in 2007 it signed an agreement with Belcan Co., a major service provider for GE. Over the years, SIME has opened several branches both in Italy and abroad, providing onsite design services for clients. Some two years ago we began a collaboration with the firm, providing complementary design services. This collaboration has allowed our engineers to acquire excellent specialist experience in the various spheres of industrial design.
